Be reasonable- it has to be affordable, accessible, available during times the child/family is available etc.

Decide on frequency of Care Team meetings, progress check-ins and who will coordinate. (In some cases, RCCMHC staff will coordinate and in others, it may be more appropriate for a school or county staff to coordinate.)
